For Skillsfuture Approved Courses
- Upon receiving your online application, we will send you email instructions regarding skillsfuture sign up.
- Seats will only be confirmed upon receipt of skillsfuture transaction.
- Course fees are inclusive of course notes. Wireless internet is provided. Participants are required to bring their own laptops and power adaptors.
- Students need to sign up their SkillsFuture based on our email instructions within 3 working days or this course reservation will be cancelled and available to others.
- Web Learning Resources Pte Ltd reserves the right to reschedule any course dates or change trainer due to unforeseen circumstances.
- How will we use this information?
- Your personal details will be held by Web Learning Resources Pte Ltd and will only be used in relation to your request.
- Web Learning Resources Pte Ltd recognises its obligations under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), which include the collection, use and disclosure of personal data for the purpose for which an individual has given consent to.
- SOA will be issued upon full settlement of payment.
- Late interest charge of 5% p.a. will be charged on overdue amounts.
- Use of SkillsFuture Credit(SFC) is subject to successful application and disbursement from SSG-SFC. If SFC is not disbursed to Web Learning Resources Pte Ltd for any reason whatsover, participant shall pay the outstanding course fee to the company immediately upon notification from Web Learning Resources Pte Ltd.
- SkillsFuture Credit(SFC) is only applicable for individuals and has to be claimed before the commencement of the class.
- Refund Policy:
1. Learner may request for refund in the following situations:
1.1 Refund for withdrawal by Web Learning Resources Pte Ltd due to non-delivery of courses
– Web Learning Resources Pte Ltd will notify the student within 3 working days upon knowledge of any of the following:
It does not commence the Course on the Course Commencement Date;
It terminates the Course before the Course Commencement Date;
It does not complete the Course by the Course Completion Date;
It terminates the Course before the Course Completion Date;
– The learner would be informed in writing of alternative study arrangements (if any), and also be entitled to a refund of the entire Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees already paid should the learner decide to withdraw within 7 working days of the above notice.
Processing time for refund is 7 working days from the receipt of the complete application.
Refund application received after 12pm is considered as submission on the next working day.
1.2 Refund for withdrawal by learner
– If Learner’s written notice of withdrawal is received before 14 days of class commencement date, Learner will be entitled to a refund of the entire Course Fees.
– Learner will be entitled to transfer to alternative study arrangements (if any) should the written notice of withdrawal is received before 7 days of the class commencement date.
– No withdrawal is allowed within 6 days before the class commencement date.
– An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for any withdrawal request.
The refund request will be considered based on the premises of the refund policy. Learner will be informed of the outcome of the refund application and the decision shall be final.

Please be advised that there is a clawback provision for the following criteria. Web Learning Resources Pte Ltd will clawback 90% of the course fee from the Learner IF the learner does NOT:
1. Fulfil at least 75% of the tutorials in attendance; in this regard, the student has to agree to stay throughout the classes.
2. Complete and pass the assessment during the allocated period during the course.
For Non-skillsfuture approved courses

- Course fees are inclusive of course notes. Wireless internet is provided. Participants are required to bring their own laptops and power adaptors.
- Students are required to make payment based on our email instructions within 3 working days or this course reservation will be cancelled and available to others.
- Web Learning Resources Pte Ltd reserves the right to reschedule any course dates or change trainer due to unforeseen circumstances.
